The role
Job Description
- Manage customer promotional program across Woolworths and Coles including customer specific slotting boards / promotional scheduling
- Build relationships with retailer category contacts to maximise partnerships with retailers
- Budget & margin management for slotting board promotions and scan deals
- Develop marketing plans to support slotting board promotions through retailer and SOFI channels
- Manage promotional compliance
- Involvement in NPD and product launches including promotional pricing and launch plans
- Work with SOFI operations manager on stock forecasts for production planning
- Assist with range review prep and presentations
- Manage promotional program for online retailers – Dan Murphy's Marketplace
- Research, negotiation, management and execution of events & festivals including pricing, sponsorship fees, stock forecasting and logistics
- Social media and digital agency management
- Creative and production of assets across all channels
Qualifications
- Systematic and process driven
- Be highly motivatedand able thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Happy and willing to be part of a start-up culture that requires getting stuck in with allareas of the business
- Able to work within tight budgets and time-frames to generate clear return on investment
- Sound knowledge of category, promotional and inventory management principles
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly numerate/strong analytical skills and ability to make solid commercial recommendations based on data
- Have excellent relationship building skills
