We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a high-rise apartment building on the Gold Coast.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of the project. This includes overseeing programme management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage all on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution
* Oversee programme management to deliver the project within agreed timelines
* Ensure effective budgeting and cost control measures are in place
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary or trade qualification in construction
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role in commercial construction, delivering large-scale projects in the tier 1 space
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Experience in managing large teams and complex projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
