Role Purpose
* Drive guest satisfaction in service and take great pride in the delivery of incredible flavours and food experiences
* Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm
* Provide hands‐on support to junior members of the kitchen staff
* Collaborate closely with the F&B Service team and all departments of the hotel
* Promote and be accountable for WH&S in our sparkling kitchens
* Articulate ideas via the creation of seasonal and promotional menus
* Support the effective procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food
* Lead by example whilst nurturing and developing the team around you
Skills and Experience
* A technical talent and experience with modern cuisine
* Demonstrated experience in a contemporary dining setting
* Sound knowledge of WH&S legislation and health regulations
* Super cool nature under pressure
* High attention to detail and well organised
* Ability to work across a 7‐day roster, shift work including early mornings and late evenings
* Career ambition to continued personal and professional growth
* The ability to train and develop your team
