Customer Experience Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service and sales support to customers.
* Manage high-value transactions accurately, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
* Conduct Australian Passport Interviews and process identity services transactions.
* Promote products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities.
* Assist with mail lodgements, administrative duties, and stocktaking.
Requirements:
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals who thrive in team environments.
* Customer-focused professionals with experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
* People who can lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for extended periods.
