About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to grow our network across Queensland and beyond. You'll be the bridge between our brand and the people who need it most from allied health professionals to support coordinators, educators, and parent networks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Building relationships with local therapy clinics, early intervention centres, support coordinators, and schools.
* Promoting our compression and sensory ranges with confidence and care.
* Attending and representing MSA at community events, expos, and provider in-services.
* Identifying and securing partnership opportunities.
* Supporting NDIS-related sales pathways and educating providers on product funding options.
* Gathering market feedback to guide future growth and product development.
Start Date: August 2025 (or negotiable)
You'll Bring
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management (preferably in the disability or health sector).
* A confident and professional communication style – written, verbal, and face-to-face.
* A strong understanding (or lived/professional experience) of the NDIS, sensory needs, or paediatric disability.
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table.
* A valid driver's license and vehicle as well as flexibility to travel across SEQ/NSW for meetings and events.
Bonus points if you have:
* A background in allied health, education, disability services, or support coordination.
* Knowledge of NDIS item codes (e.g., consumables or therapeutic support).
* Experience in presenting to health or parent groups.
* A heart-led passion for supporting families and children with additional needs.
