We are currently looking for an experienced Development Manager to join our growing Land Lease Communities team based from our Perth Head office you will work on projects within both Perth Metro and in the South West of WA.
Now is an exciting time to join this market-disrupting sector, with a growing pipeline of national projects at different stages of delivery. This is a diverse role that will give you the ability to grow your experience, with Land Lease Communities having a unique combination of land, residential homes and commercial asset delivery.
You will play a critical role in fostering cross-discipline collaboration and creating relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. By driving strong engagement and ongoing relationships, you will ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively manage projects from conception to completion
- Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects
- Prepare and underpin successful project launch to market
- Prepare insightful project reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Design development and DA preparation
- Continually monitor markets, including cultivating relationships
- Lead/implement Residential Sustainability Policy at a project level
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
**About You**
You are an experienced Development Manager who has experience managing development projects across the full lifecycle. You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Robust commercial acumen
- Proven project, cost and risk management expertise
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Customer focussed
- Proactive and results-orientated
- Degree qualified in a related discipline
