We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Revenue Manager. This role will involve driving optimal revenue performance in a portfolio of hotels through the implementation of robust data-driven strategies and tactical support.
* Responsibilities:
o Work closely with hotel teams to drive revenue generation and optimize pricing strategies.
o Maintain expertise in IHG systems and revenue processes.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business needs and improve performance.
o Develop and deliver new sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or relevant field.
* 5+ years experience in financial planning, revenue management, and pricing with proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes.
* Demonstrated knowledge of revenue management principles and effective hotel pricing concepts.
* Strong communication, decision-making, influencing, consensus-building, and analytical skills.
