The Compensation and Rewards Analyst plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and administering compensation, benefits, and reward programs across the organization.
This position requires analytical expertise to ensure data accuracy, market competitiveness, and compliance with organizational frameworks and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive market pricing and salary benchmarking using global job architecture and external survey data.
* Maintain accurate salary structures and pay ranges aligned with global frameworks and industry trends.
* Support annual remuneration review cycles, including merit-based adjustments and market-based reviews.
* Administer cyclical local incentive programs and prepare modeling for these initiatives.
* Collaborate on global mobility and expatriate compensation modeling and reward strategies.
* Safeguard governance, compliance, and remuneration reporting (e.g., WGEA, ABS, Fair Work minimum wage).
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in compensation, reward, or HR analytics.
* Demonstrated expertise in reporting, metrics, and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., modeling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables), and HR systems.
