As a School Operations Officer, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support, partner closely with senior leaders, and help ensure the School runs smoothly and efficiently across multiple campuses.

Requirements
Position Requirements Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems, for example TRIM, Finance One, MS Office Suite and Moodle and business support software, including word processing, spreadsheeting, database systems and email.
Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to a senior manager and implementing streamlined processes and systems within a busy office environment.
Excellent communication (oral and written) with proven ability to draft a range of professional documentation and provide accurate advice and information to others.
