**Administration Officer, **a key support role to the delivery of our services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for our new employees. Your role will be critical in the successful growth of the organisation and utilising your experience within recruitment or administration, You will:
- Use your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with our new starters as they embark on their career with Blue Care.
- Support hiring and on-boarding administrative activities for your service/s.
- Be confident with the use and knowledge of smart phone and digital devices or a willingness to learn.
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required.
- Assist the Interview Panel Team to conduct interviews where required.
- Be able to confidently communicate and work with Managers and key stakeholders within the business to ensure business needs are understood and met.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
