Business Operations Manager
The role of Business Operations Manager involves managing the school's financial, physical, and human resources to support its business objectives.
The successful candidate will think critically to problem solve, display agility, and work collaboratively as an effective team member to achieve organisational goals. They will value feedback, seek opportunities to learn, grow, and develop, and understand and model our values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial, physical, and human resources of the school
* Supervise all support staff
* Manage staff performance and development
* Work with the Executive Leadership Team to strategically manage and lead change
Requirements:
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with relevant work rights
* A valid Working With Children Check
* A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit
