Full Stack Engineer
Cox Automotive Australia is seeking a talented software developer to join our dynamic information technology team. This hybrid role is perfect for a developer who thrives in both full stack web development and Microsoft Power Platform environments.
You will be instrumental in modernising our digital landscape—enhancing the Manheim website, building internal Power Apps, and delivering impactful solutions that improve business performance across Sales and Operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in C#, ASP.NET, PHP, SQL, Entity Framework, and MVC architecture, as well as experience with version control systems such as Git.
A degree in IT or Software Engineering is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality, maintainable code for web and Power Platform applications.
* Lead end-to-end solution delivery including documentation and user training.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly, accessible applications.
* Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing systems.
* Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse solutions.
* Integrate systems and data flows across platforms including Snowflake and SAP.
* Provide accurate time and effort estimates for project planning.
* Maintain and enhance applications post-deployment based on user feedback.
What You Will Bring To Our Team:
* Degree in IT or Software Engineering.
* Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET, PHP, SQL, Entity Framework, and MVC architecture.
* Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
* Expertise in Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Pipelines.
* Familiarity with Dataverse, Liquid Framework, and WCAG compliance.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
