Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to support our recruitment and HR administration processes.
The successful candidate will provide broad-based support to the Head of People and Culture, undertaking various responsibilities including:
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment and ensuring optimal utilisation of Expr3ss for all activities.
* Ensuring compliance with pre-employment paperwork and drafting contracts as required.
* Maintaining meticulous HR records and onboarding new employees.
* Organising inductions and assisting the team on various HR projects as needed.
Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with changing priorities management.
