The Clinical Facilitator role plays a vital part in supporting the development of clinical staff capabilities, providing advanced clinical advice and education, fostering teamwork, and ensuring ongoing unit-based education and in-service delivery. 
About the Role 
This position requires the candidate to have a 
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification 
. Registration with the 
Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia 
is also necessary. The successful candidate must provide evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B. Additionally, Tuberculosis screening is required to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be needed. A declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed, and Criminal History Screening will be conducted for new employees. The Gold Coast Health organization will cover the cost.
