The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining high inventory accuracy as per KPI requirement, and providing timely support to clinical teams. Managing a team of 3 direct reports, the role involves fostering a positive team culture, ensuring that each member is well-supported and that the team works cohesively to meet operational goals. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the Warehouse Team Lead will maintain safety and quality standards while optimising team performance. Experience in supply chain management within the healthcare or medical device sector is essential, along with a deep understanding of the urgency and responsiveness required in a hospital setting. Key Accountabilities (but not limited to): Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stock picking, and put-away, ensuring smooth and accurate processes. Lead and train warehouse staff to optimize performance and achieve a 90% Inventory Accuracy Rate (IRA) through daily cycle counts and reconciliations. Resolve internal customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like IRA and report on warehouse metrics to the Supply Chain Manager. Support the Supply Chain Manager in organising successful hospital half-yearly stocktakes.
