About the Opportunity

This role is a permanent position with the opportunity to undertake additional maternity leave relief responsibilities across communications, resident engagement and administration for a defined period.
As our Concierge, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for residents, families, visitors and staff, while providing high‑quality administrative support across the organisation.
During the maternity leave relief period, you will also support communications, resident engagement platforms and village administration, working closely with the Executive team, Lifestyle team and Resident Village Manager.
What You'll Do
* Be the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and callers
* Provide high‑quality reception and general administrative support to the organisation
* Maintain accurate resident information, records and communications
* Support internal coordination across administration, executive and village teams
* Assist with resident engagement, events and communications (including digital platforms)
* Contribute to a welcoming, organised and values‑driven environment
Additional responsibilities during maternity leave coverage include:
* Supporting organisational communications (social media, newsletters and resident updates)
* Assisting the Resident Village Manager with day‑to‑day administration
* Helping coordinate resident activities, events and calendars (occasional weekend support)
What You’ll Bring
You'll bring a strong customer service ethos and a genuine interest in supporting older people, along with:
* Demonstrated experience in customer service or administration roles
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Sound computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, databases and online platforms)
* Confidence working collaboratively across teams
* Initiative, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
* Experience with social media, newsletters or digital communications would be desired but are not essential

* Permanent full-time, predominately rostered on weekdays
