Role
We are seeking a high‑performing Branch Supervisor to lead our Keswick Mile branch. This key role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a hands‑on approach to driving sales, service excellence, and branch performance.
The Branch Supervisor manages daily branch operations, leads staff, ensures outstanding customer service, and drives efficient and accurate inventory control. HVAC or trade supply experience is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
* Oversee counter sales, order fulfilment, and customer service to maintain high service standards
* Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock organisation, and system integrity
* Track and report on branch performance metrics (sales, productivity, customer satisfaction)
* Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally
* Support senior management initiatives and contribute to business growth
* Maintain a safe, clean, organised branch environment and ensure policy compliance
* Foster a positive, accountable, team‑oriented culture
Job Requirements
* 3–5 years' minimum experience in a supervisory role leading a wholesale distribution, trade supply, HVAC, or similar technical industry
* Strong HVAC product knowledge or the ability to learn technical information quickly
* Proven leadership, communication, and team‑development skills
* Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem‑solving abilities
* Proficiency with inventory/ERP systems and general office applications
* Valid driver's licence; able to assist with deliveries or fleet tasks if required
