Our Workplace Rehabilitation team is seeking a skilled Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker to deliver holistic services to clients with psychological or physical injuries. The successful candidate will assess client needs and develop strategies for safe return to work.
About the Role
This role offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, with support from a close-knit team of healthcare professionals and access to resources from a global corporate infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Caseload management with rehabilitation assistance available to alleviate administrative tasks
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
* Developing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
* Full or Provisional Registration with AHPRA, Full Membership with ASORC or Full Membership (or eligibility to obtain) with AASW
* A passion for injury prevention and return to work
* Strong communication skills to build relationships
* Excellent time management skills to work autonomously and within a team environment
