Qualified Driller – Exploration Department Aurenne is expanding its exploration team, and we are seeking applications from experienced drillers to join our operation. With five Reverse Circulation (RC) drill rigs in use—UDR1000, Hydco 350, and Austex 350, and 2 x Schram's, we are looking for a qualified RC Driller to join our team and oversee two offsiders. While mechanical aptitude is important, we do have 2 fulltime drill fitters in our team to ensure the rigs are operational and in good mechanical order. This is a permanent fulltime position with an owner operated mine site - no contracting or labour hire and you will be back at camp every night. ASAP start date and working in small teams with a well-equipped support truck on site. This is a full-time permanent position on a 2:1 roster with 12-hour shifts, including both day and night rosters. Point of hire is Perth. We offer FIFO from Perth and DIDO from Kalgoorlie options only. Key Responsibilities: Ability to operate RC drill rigs, working between all rigs on site Always work safely and common sense is valued at Aurenne Inspect rig, compressors and support trucks for any safety concerns or defects. Ability to achieve set KPI's per day, currently sitting at 150 meters Drill clean straight holes, making sure samples do not get contaminated Work as part of a team About You: You have minimum of 2 years drilling experience on RC drill rigs and like the challenge of completing tasks on time and to a high professional standard. Essential Skills, Attributes, Qualifications & Licenses: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a RC driller Certificate III in Drilling Operations. (desirable) National Police Clearance. Valid Heavy Rigid Driver’s License. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening. Full Australian working rights. Why Join Us?
