Responsibilities
* Oversee daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Manage site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements.
* Maintain compliance with TMR standards, quality requirements, and environmental obligations where applicable.
* Drive a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site.
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Foreman on civil construction projects.
* Previous experience delivering works under TMR specifications and standards.
* Strong understanding of TMR quality, safety, environmental, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Construction Industry Card (White/Blue) and a current Driver Licence.
* Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded.
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
