Our aim is to provide the opportunity to build capacity within Occupational Therapy and to support dedicated clinicians to accelerate their learning and their career while providing excellent services to our clients.

Hearth Support Services commenced in 2017 with a desire to deliver responsive, quality, hassle free disability support to clients and has now expanded to add Hearth Allied Health to promote independence and assist clients to lead fulfilling lives at home and within their community.

Requirements
* Experienced Occupational Therapist with a positive, contemporary attitude to people with disability
* Client driven evidence-based therapy services
* Clinically accomplished and confident with leadership capabilities
* Good working knowledge of the NDIS
* Experience in AT, home mods, SDA assessments is desirable
* Experience with adult clients with physical disabilities eg, CP, MD, Stroke, ABI, MS, MND, Parkinson's
* Committed to interdisciplinary practice with excellent communication skills
* Skilled in the provision of Supervision and Education
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or recognised equivalent degree
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
* Employee WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current driving licence & Car
