The Administrative Support Specialist provides high-quality administrative assistance, reception services and switchboard operations to support the efficient operation of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to patient enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our organisational values and ideologies are upheld.
* Develop and maintain effective communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
* Operate the telephone system, managing enquiries from various sources and ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
* Provide paging and messaging services as required.
* Offer support to doctors as requested, providing assistance with clinical and administrative tasks.
* Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring timely and clinically appropriate referrals.
This is a part-time role working 64 hours per fortnight across multiple campuses.
