Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a café or hospitality setting, a passion for coffee, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to a high standard
Operate coffee machines and grinders with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with regular customers
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café or hospitality environment
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
