Customer Service Representative Role
Provide exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, processing transactions accurately, and promoting products and services to meet customer needs.
* Process customer sales and service transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Manage high-value transactions with integrity and professionalism.
* Conduct identity services and provide accurate information to customers.
* Promote products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, and merchandising activities.
* Assist with mail lodgements and associated costs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
* Able to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand during shifts.
* Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
