This is a great opportunity to be a part of a wider multidisciplinary team who support each other's challenges and wins. No two days are ever the same! You might find us in daycare centres, in schools and homes, and even on outreach trips to Gunnedah and surrounds – we might even bump into you on one of our monthly Wellness Walks down by the river - we love supporting our regional area!Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on where you live) Tamworth, Watsons Creek, Upper Manilla, Gunnedah, Wallabadah & surrounding areas.Responsibilities will include:Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic servicesAssess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProvide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goalsMentor and nurture early career cliniciansMaintain awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceWhat's in it for you?As you support many, we support you.
