As we continue to scale, we're seeking a Head of Digital & Performance to lead and unify our digital capability globally, ensuring our platforms, performance channels, and ways of working support local growth, confidence, and long-term success.
This is a senior leadership role with real accountability. You will stabilise our digital foundations, bring greater coherence across platforms and markets, and evolve our performance capability over time - so our Franchise Partners can compete and grow in an ever-changing digital landscape.
This is not a blue-sky transformation role. It's a systems leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong foundations, improving how things work, and enabling others to succeed at scale.
What you'll be responsible for
You will own Poolwerx's digital performance ecosystem end-to-end, ensuring our websites, platforms, search, paid channels, and agency partners operate as one coherent, well-governed system across ANZ and the USA.
This role is not just about internal platforms, it's about enabling local growth.
You'll focus on strengthening how digital supports Franchise Partners through better Local Area Marketing (LAM), stronger lead quality, clearer performance standards, and more consistent delivery.
This role also plays a critical part in driving Franchise Development (FD) and network growth, ensuring digital strategy, lead generation, and performance activity directly support the attraction, conversion, and success of new Franchise Partners.
This includes:
• Bringing greater consistency and integration across platforms, agencies, and performance channels
• Strengthening how digital supports local area marketing, lead generation, and conversion
• Driving adoption, coherence, and continuous improvement across our digital ecosystem
• Setting clear standards for performance, reporting, and optimisation
• Building confidence and trust in how digital is delivered across the network
• Overseeing and guiding the digital components of the Franchise Development marketing function
• Developing and leading high-performing digital specialists across web, platform, and paid disciplines
• Evolving capability and performance over time as foundations strengthen
What you'll bring
This is a senior role that requires both deep digital capability and proven leadership experience.
You'll bring:
• A career built through hands-on digital roles - progressing from execution into leadership across web, search, paid media, and performance, rather than stepping straight into management
• A systems mindset - understanding how platforms, media, UX, data, and conversion pathways work together to drive growth, not as standalone disciplines
• Experience working within modern digital platform environments, including CMS ecosystems (e.g. headless CMS such as Storyblok or similar), analytics platforms, and optimisation tooling
• Strong capability in performance measurement, attribution, and continuous optimisation, not just reporting
• Experience leading and developing specialists across website, platform, and paid/performance disciplines
• A track record of building capability from the ground up and then scaling it
• Confidence managing agencies, setting standards, and holding partners accountable for outcomes
• The ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
