The Role
As the Program Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a residential recovery service and a Community Care program.
You will lead program performance, staff development, and resource management while ensuring full compliance with funding agreements, legislation, and organisational policies and procedures.
Foster a positive and supportive team culture through strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development.
Buil and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
