Sushi Sushi, Australia's largest sushi brand, is looking for an Assistant Manager for our newest store in Doncaster, VIC!
We are seeking those with a passion for supporting a Store Manager and team as well as delivering amazing customer service and serving world‐class sushi. Our people and our sushi are at the heart of the Sushi Sushi experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide supervision to a team of Sushi Artisans committed to serving up the highest quality product and service for every single customer.

* Be a key driver in the store's presentation, product and customer experience
For this role you will need:
* A passion for sushi and the customer experience
* Minimum 1‐2 years' experience supervising a team
* Strong hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service roles
* Experience working in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience in sushi production is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is a must
* Full working rights within Australia
