Salary: $80,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses

CLIQ Marketing Content is a 2x Google Premier Partner agency 2025 & 2026 specialising in lead generation for service-based businesses.
We currently manage over $10M in annual ad spend across 150+ active clients, helping trades, professional services and local businesses grow through Google Ads.
Our agency is built on long-term client partnerships. Many of our clients have been with us for years and rely on us as a trusted extension of their business.
We are now looking to add another Client Performance Manager to our team.
This role sits at the intersection of client management and Google Ads performance.
Approximately 60–70% of the role is client-facing — managing relationships, guiding business owners through their marketing, and helping them navigate growth.
The remaining 30–40% involves hands‐on work inside Google Ads, improving campaigns and ensuring client performance remains strong.
This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with business owners, solving problems and taking real responsibility for client outcomes.
About The Role
You will manage a portfolio of service-based clients who rely on us to generate leads through Google Ads.
Your role will include:
* Managing client relationships and acting as their primary point of contact
* Running regular client calls and performance discussions
* Monitoring and improving Google Ads campaigns
* Setting up and onboarding new client accounts
* Analysing performance data and providing clear recommendations
* Working closely with the directors and internal team to solve client challenges
Our clients range from plumbers and electricians to legal firms and professional services — so the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical business owners is critical.

* 1–2+ years experience running Google Ads campaigns
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
* Full-time availability (9am–5pm AEST)
* Strong personal accountability and self-management
* Experience working with service-based businesses
* Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Looker Studio
