The Role
As our Bunbury Retail Outlet Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a vibrant retail space, leading your team to success while ensuring top‐tier visual merchandising and customer service standards. You'll work closely with local schools and families, making a difference in your community and delivering a dual‐focus customer experience. From sales and stock management to team development and store presentation—you'll be across it all. This is a part‐time role of approximately 28 hours per week, plus additional hours in peak back‐to‐school season.
What You'll Bring
* 1+ years in a similar clothing retail role
* Experience managing high stock volumes, stocktakes, and store standards
* The ability to juggle and deliver exceptional service to both retail and client customers (schools)
* Passion for learning and owning your product knowledge (especially school uniforms)
* A strong customer‐first mindset and a love of creating memorable in‐store moments
* Confidence managing rosters and working closely with your Area Manager
