Overview
FinXL is seeking a Master Scheduler / PMO Lead to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Government client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive document registers, risk registers, and formal transmittal registers.
Prepare and issue formal notifications to clients and key stakeholders.
Drive effective schedule management for large-scale programs.
Coordinate program governance and reporting activities.
Support the Project Management Office functions.
Ensure all program documentation is accurate and controlled.
Key Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Master Scheduler or PMO Lead.
Working experience with government clients from a vendor/consulting perspective.
Expert proficiency with MS Project on large-scale programs.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Must hold Australian Citizenship and a current security clearance (Baseline or NV1 ).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex program documentation and registers.
