You'll work one-on-one with people of all ages and backgrounds—supporting them in their homes and out in the community. From sharing a walk in the park to helping someone build life skills, your presence will matter every single day.
What You'll Do
* Personalised Support: Assist with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, cleaning, and mobility.
* Goal-Focused Care: Help clients work toward personal goals—whether that's building independence or social inclusion.
* Community Engagement: Encourage and support clients to be part of their community and do what they love.
* Companionship & Connection: Offer genuine support and build real relationships.
* Record Keeping: Document client progress to help shape their support journey.

Must-Have Requirements
* A current First Aid Certificate and CPR
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, registered vehicle
* Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card – ACT
* Police Check (National Criminal History)
* Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module – "Quality, Safety and You"
