About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Content and Website Experience team.
Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our brand websites.
This is a broad and dynamic role focused on driving website platform initiatives (AEM/EDS) that align with strategic objectives, enhance digital sales and service, and meet regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
Deliver optimised website experiences to make it easy for customers to research, self-serve, and quote for insurance needs.
Lead initiatives including SEO and content optimisation, page redesigns, A/B testing, and regulatory projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Claims, Risk, Legal, and Technology to deliver outstanding end-to-end digital experiences.
Use Adobe Analytics and Target to run A/B and personalisation tests for continuous improvement.
Report on initiative performance and provide insights to lift sales, conversion rates, and digital adoption.
Ensure compliance with risk and governance requirements, including Change Approval Manual (CAM) processes.
About You
3+ years in the digital domain (UX, design, conversion, best practice).
3+ years in customer experience management and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of digital best practices and customer conversion tactics.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or related discipline (mandatory).
