That means you will: Lead from the floor, not the office Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team Maintain disciplined standards across presentation, stock flow and service Support sales, wage control and cost awareness Coach Team Members and build capability Hold standards consistently and support performance conversations Help guide the team through operational change as we strengthen capability This is structured retail.
