As a result of our continued growth and success, we have created a new leadership position within our Wollongong ESA. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of Employment Consultants across a growing region and support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
* Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
* Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred services
* Developing strategies, programs and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunities
* Leveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metrics
* Ensuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarks
* Fostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and success
* Representing the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment services

We also deliver training and health supports to enable people to improve their quality of life. Sureway deliver innovative programs to job seekers, employers, participants and learners across ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and WA. Our growing suite of services assists people to achieve their goals and aspirations in life. This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver's licence with reliable transport.
