Newcomen Commercial Service is looking to engage a self-starter, preferably located in Newcastle, or nearby to the Nelson Bay area.
Specifically we require personnel to assist with field services. The role encompasses Process Serving, Field calls for financial matters and Repossessions (generally of motor vehicles).
To be clear, Process Serving is the delivery of legal documents. Field calls relate to attending addresses with view to making contact debtors. Repossessions are the result of finance on motor vehicles (or the like), where an asset may be seized if payment of arrears are not forthcoming.
The role requires the applicant to hold or obtain a Commercial Agents license, which authorises the holder to engage in the above activities. The issuance of this license is through Fair Trading NSW. We would cover the costs of this and completely assist with the process. Usually a 6-8 week timeline.
