About the Role
We are on the lookout for a motivated, values-driven Occupational Therapist to join our high-performing clinical leadership team. This Team Leader role is perfect for a clinician keen to grow professionally while building (or expanding) leadership skills in a supportive, autonomous environment.
You will work closely with our Senior Clinical Leadership Team and Director of Clinical Services to grow your capability in team leadership while continuing to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy.

About the Role
* Searching for clinicians (3+ years experience).
* Sustainable productivity targets at 60%, with incentives kicking in from 50%.
* Team and individual performance bonuses paid every 4 weeks
* Promotion reviews every 12 weeks to fast-track your growth.
* Formal structured supervision and mentoring included.
* Choose permanent part-time (1–3 days a week), full-time (4 days a week), or a 6/12-month contract.

Required Experience and Qualifications
* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, First Aid Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
