The Head of Partnership and Asset Management role has been developed to support the alignment of Facilities and Asset maintenance objectives with Goodstart's strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing senior level relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure key requirements for a variety of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services and proactive capital planning requirements are met.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved in an exciting growth industry and lead a team to deliver end to end Facilities and Asset Management Services across Goodstart Early Learning's national portfolio of properties.
**Your Impact**:
Represent Goodstart in all aspects of contractual and financial management, statement of work performance and continuous improvement regarding the Facilities Management Partnership.
Assist the Head of Property with the strategy development for the Facilities Management Services function.
Identify areas to streamline and automate business processes, and partner with our internal stakeholder and the FM partner to leverage technologies to ensure seamless experiences for our end users.
Work to support the Head of Property in the development and maintenance of the 5-year, rolling network plan, including the provision of annual asset condition reports, state and nationally ranked prioritisation of capital expenditure and associated recommendation on assets requiring replacement or refurbishment/upgrade.
Play an active role leading, developing and mentoring the Asset Management team, contributing their development and engagement.
Deliver customer service standards that meet the expectations of the Network customers and needs of Goodstart families and children.
Support the Facilities team, broader property team and Operations stakeholders to prepare for change and proactively engage in improvement projects.
You'll bring to the table;
Minimum of 10 years' experience in multi-site facilities and asset management.
The ability to influence across enterprise ecosystems to influence positive change including the formulation of effective asset management plans to address asset degradation.
Experience in contract management and reporting and a strong understanding of procurement, commercial and contractual issues at all stages of property/construction/infrastructure project life cycle.
Experience managing the contract administration and dispute resolution for complex facilities and asset management projects
Ability to forecast, budget and influence budget milestones.
