Business Growth Manager Role
The company is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and lead technical specification activities within the Engineered Products Division in Queensland.
This pivotal role will involve managing client relationships, delivering technical presentations, providing engineering advice, conducting site product training, and coordinating all aspects of the sales process across the QLD market.
We offer flexible working arrangements as this role will require regular client/site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with management in establishing and recommending realistic sales goals for the business.
* Manage an assigned sales area and product lines to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
* Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices in consultation with Management.
* Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams for the assigned territory.
* Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in the assigned company's products.
* Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
* Implement all sales policies, practices and procedures.
* Collaborate with Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in target product lines.
* Interpret short and long-term effects on sales strategies and operating profit.
* Improve business image by establishing programs/seminars in areas of new account sales and growth, multi-product sales, profitability, and effective sales support.
* Collaborate with Products team members to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
