About the role
Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and regulatory standards? Joinour vibrant Compliance team in Sydney or any of our branch locations around Australia. This role is a full time permanent position. Reporting to the Team Leader – Compliance, you will be responsible for providing a range of compliance and administrative services for our team who specialise in strata building compliance.
Objectives
- Manage annual fire safety statements, lift registration, swimming pool and any other compliance requirements.
- Issue work orders and quote requests.
- Liaise with contractors, strata managers and strata committees to ensure inspections and defect works are closed out by the renewal dates.
- Manage tasks and renewal dates for building compliance.
- Maintain Building compliance pages within our Community Hub operating platform.
- Complete invoicing for customers as per contract agreements.
About you
- Ideally you will have 2 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder role specialising in administration, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest!
- You’re known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal).
- You can professionally deal with clients and third parties.
- You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
- If you want to be the “glue” for our tribe and are a genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider you!
