Pharmacy Assistant Role
This role is designed to provide exceptional customer care, developing relationships with customers and ensuring continued repeat business.
The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer service that meets the needs of each individual
* Greeting and acknowledging every customer who enters the store
* Recommending products that meet customers' requirements
* Approaching customers to offer product information and advice
* Ensuring customers are informed about product features and benefits
* Supporting companion selling to benefit customers' needs
* Accepting prescriptions from customers and recording accurate patient details
* Providing continuous assistance and support across various customer service areas
* Maintaining clean and tidy displays and shelves, rotating stock and assisting with replenishment
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience working in a Pharmacy environment
* General knowledge of pharmacy lines
* S2 & S3 training certification or Certificate I-III in Community Pharmacy preferred
