**About the role**
Join our Lincoln Sentry team based in Fyshwick, ACT in this varied Trade Retail role. You will predominantly be customer facing working on the trade counter and in the warehouse. The role encompasses a variety of work providing customer excellence from order transaction to fulfilment.
Open to Part Time 3 - 4 days a week or Full Time 38 hours per week, 7:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
You will use your knowledge and skills to ensure a seamless customer experience covering in store activities such as:
- Trade counter sales & service
- Answering customer calls and enquiries
- Service all customers, create and transact orders
- Picking, Packing and dispatching customers' orders
- Deliver customer orders in company vehicle
- Maintaining warehouse records and reconciliation processes
- Outbound call activities as requested/planned within branch
- Participate in cycle counts and stock takes
- Be proactive with our Safety and Sustainability requirements.

**Responsibilities**
This is a busy role, so you will need to be reliable, committed and have great attention to detail to succeed. As an engaged and proactive team player you will pick things up quickly and won't be afraid to step up when things get tough:
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Warehousing experience is preferred
- Good computer skills
- A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kgs occasionally
- High numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- A current Driver Licence is required for this role and a Forklift Licence is desirable._
Please note that we would like the successful applicant to complete a First Aid Course on commencing employment. All expenses for this will be covered by DuluxGroup.
