YOU |
You are an enthusiastic early-career or emerging finance professional with an interest in agribusiness, commerce, or banking. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide practical advice, and explain financial solutions clearly will make you a trusted partner to clients. A genuine connection to regional businesses and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Australian agriculture will set you apart.
* Interest or exposure to agribusiness, commercial banking, finance, or relationship management
* Ability to break down complex financial solutions for farming clients
* Understanding of specialised agribusiness and commercial financial products is a plus
* Strong relationship-building skills and industry networks
* Knowledge of agricultural business cycles and operations
* Exposure to farm succession planning is a plus
