You will lead the Trade Sales team to achieve these sales strategy, through identifying opportunities, structuring solutions and deal execution.
You will partner with stakeholders both internally and externally, and manage trade product risk management.What you'll be doingDevelop marketing strategy, identifying target client base across Australia and New Zealand, including revenue potential, competition and risk parametersWork with the local Relationship Managers in each market to identify and validate the right client base, and jointly develop and implement a joint calling programCreate relevant marketing materials including proposals and presentations that define and articulate the client value propositionEngage with Transaction Banking Office for Asia in Singapore to explore ways to leverage the Bank's footprint to meet target client's local, global and regional trade finance capabilitiesPartner with relationship managers to identify existing borrowing clients with potential for cross sell of TB productsWhat We Are Looking For8+ years of proven experience in Trade and Supply Chain Finance within an Australian / New Zealand domestic bank or large international bankUndergraduate Business / Commerce / Law degree from a leading university is essentialDemonstrable experience in Trade and Supply Chain FinanceExtensive market and industry knowledgeStrong business acumen and ability to develop new revenue and cross selling opportunitiesGood communication skills with the ability to influence othersStrong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departmentsLeadership experience guiding and mentoring a developing teamOur cultureMUFG fosters a professional, supportive work environment that enables our employees to help maximize our customers' prosperity.
