What you'll do
* Coordinate and implement project business change activities, including business change management, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, and training.
* Undertake risk and issues identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
* Support the delivery of integrated solutions, engagement and communications by effectively working across project implementations.
* Develop and deliver business change management activities to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of project initiatives.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with and between key stakeholders.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
* Experience in a project environment, including planning, risk management, reporting, and an ability to plan and coordinate the delivery of specialised work packages.
* Experience in business change management and an ability to provide sound advice.
* Ability to develop and manage defined engagement, consultation, and communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the planning and implementation of change.
* Demonstrated consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
* Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
