Key Responsibilities
* Review investigative reports to ensure accuracy and quality, adhering to brand guidelines.
* Create new documentation, including SOPs, process flows, client reports, and executive-level briefings.
* Evaluate, edit, and propose documentation processes to maintain a best-in-class repository.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality documentation.
* Develop training materials to enhance report writing quality and awareness of review processes.
* Maintain report templates and develop content for proposals and RFP responses.
* Ensure proposal materials are well-structured, persuasive, and compliant with client requirements and industry standards.
