Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end investigations into misconduct, regulatory breaches, and whistleblower concerns.
* Conduct structured interviews, manage witnesses, and assess credibility with fairness.
* Analyse documents, data, and conflicting evidence using sound investigative methodology.
* Prepare clear, factual investigation reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Liaise professionally with regulators, law enforcement.
* Escalate risks, systemic issues, and control gaps with sound judgment.
Qualifications
* Experienced in conducting structured investigations from allegation through to outcome.
* Proven ability to interview people confidently and manage sensitive witness interactions.
* Strong capability in evidence analysis and applying rules of evidence.
* Experienced in writing clear, defensible investigation reports and briefs of evidence.
* Strong understanding of procedural fairness, confidentiality, and integrity.
* Ability to remain calm, objective, and professional under pressure.
