Working within a highly motivated and success orientated setting, majority of your time will be spent converting all warm leads in to Showroom appointments. You will use your consultative selling techniques to build a level of excitement for the customer in the lead up to their personalised Showroom journey.Other responsibilities include: 
Convert all warm leads in to an appointment 
Ensure all data is captured and entered in the database accurately and timely 
Manage a high volume of calls and web enquiries -150+ per day 
Maintain the highest level of customer service 
You 
You are highly organised, structured and can execute a detailed telephone sales process to reach your targets. Known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building excitement.Other attributes include: 
Must have high volume call centre experience: 
Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure 
You are an effective and engaging communicator 
A planner with excellent time management 
Ability to work one weekend day per week
