Job Summary
Red Hat's Technology Sales & Adoption team seeks a highly energized and self-motivated technical expert to reduce the time to value and optimize customer outcomes, enabling customer adoption of Red Hat products and technologies. Leveraging an engagement-based sales and delivery model, you will work with our largest and most strategic Corporate Customers and Partners across India, ASEAN, and ANZ, adopting Red Hat platforms, including OpenShift (running on-prem or cloud hyperscalers), Ansible, RHEL, and AI. You will assist customers with integrating Red Hat products in their enterprise IT environments, supporting the migration of application workloads, and collaborating across functions to identify and overcome technical and organizational blockers to adoption and opportunities to upsell.

What You Will Do

* Execute and document technical engagements, as defined by the customer's Success Plan initiatives, that advance the adoption and growth in consumption of Red Hat products.
* Conduct reviews of the customer's environment and applications to ensure they are well-architected following Red Hat product best practices.
* Work closely with the Ecosystem Partners to drive lighthouse opportunities.
* Identify and aggregate technical adoption blockers discovered across multiple customers and their solutions into common patterns and sales play resources across APAC
* Be the Voice of the Customer. Share insights and best practices, and connect with product leaders to help grow the customer base
* Be curious and proactive, staying abreast of Red Hat's ecosystem and technology changes.

What You Will Bring

* Ability to lead and deliver presales and consultative-type customer-facing engagements
* Influence with the Commercial Focused Partners (CFP) and Red Hat Specialized Partners in ( RHSP) co-creating and GTM solutions.
* Extensive experience working in enterprise software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from a development, engineering, support or Quality Assurance (QA) perspective
* Experience with and practical knowledge of DevOps/Automation tools such as Ansible, CI Tools, Git, Python (or other similar/relevant experience)
* Proficient verbal and written English communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information to customers both clearly and concisely
* Demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills
* Experience in defining and gathering goals, requirements, and determining outcomes, which can be used to plan work to be done with customers to ultimately deliver on customer outcomes
* Willingness to travel within the region, visit customers and partners, attend conferences and other events
* Experience with and intimate knowledge of DevOps/Automation tools such as Ansible, CI Tools, Git, Python (or other similar/relevant experience)
* Significant technical experience in at least one major IT domain, such as
* Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions
* Linux-based workloads
* Continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipeline
* Network technologies like Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint
* Kubernetes and container-based deployments
* Public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud
* Windows-based environment management
* InfoSec / Security Operations
* Deep expertise in application migration and development in container platforms.
* Deep experience building and deploying applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms such as OpenShift.
* Deep expertise in developing and migrating applications to public cloud environments
* Hands-on experience with one or more Public Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud) and their integration with enterprise customers is a must, with recent Public Cloud certification a distinct advantage.
* Deep experience building and deploying applications using modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms such as OpenShift.

One or more of the following is a plus

* Experience with data engineering and management techniques (relational databases, NoSQL, cloud storage)
* Experience working with AI/ML algorithms and tools.
* Experience working with open-source AI technologies such as Jupyter, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
* Understanding of MLOps.
* Experience with tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, and the EFK stack.
