We are seeking a bright, energetic individual to join our team as the Front of House & Concierge.
You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Filter and channel information to the appropriate staff members
Maintain a polished and inviting front of house area
Assist with marketing design and material
Provide general administration support to the team
Be an exceptional team player, contributing positively to our workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
Previous office experience with an outstanding phone manner
Competence in Microsoft Word and Outlook
A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
Prior real estate experience is not essential, opportunity to progress
Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
Commencement Date: 12th January ****
